Are you taking care of your clients?

Are you taking care of your clients? Before you answer, “Of course!”, think about how you protect your clients data. If you have important client data on a laptop, or even a desktop that could be compromised, you are risking your own business reputation and your client’s data.
Laptops get stolen. Software to break in to a desktop computer is easily accessible. If you have data in an unlocked file cabinet, that is just as bad. Computer security is so important in today’s business world.
Some business fields have laws and specifications as to how data is to be protected. For financial institutions there is the Sarbanes/Oxley Act. For health care institutions there is HIPAA. You might be a small private company that does not fall under these regulations, but it is good business practices to keep your client’s information confidential.
We can help you find ways to protect your clients.
